Jeremy Ends up Seventh At New Smyrna
Looking Forward To Columbia Motorsports Park Event
Jeremy Colangelo headed to New Smyrna Speedway (FL) looking for success in the Clyde Hart Memorial Super Late Model event.  Despite the car pushing early on in the race, Colangelo was able to finish seventh

“About 25 laps into the race it developed a real bad push from the center off the corner,” said Colangelo.  “From that point on it was just kind of hang onto it and getting the best I could get type of deal.”

After the solid seventh-place finish, Colangelo and his crew packed up and headed home to prepare for their next venture, the Sunbelt
Series Super Late Model event at Columbia
Motorspark Park (FL) on Saturday, July 12th.
Colangelo felt that his second-place run
there at the end of June will bring great
momentum into this coming weekend’s
race.

“I feel pretty good.  We just had a Goodyear
Late Model Challenge there a couple of
weeks ago,” said Colangelo.  “We tested
up there in that car quite a bit.  We’ve got
really good results from there.  We lead 90-percent of the race in that car and ended up finishing second.  I think we can take some of what we learned from there as far as set up goes and have good results this weekend with it.”

It was another top ten for Colangelo (51 Sports)
