Colangelo Will Take on Lakeland Twice in the Same Night
225 Laps Await Young Florida Driver
It will be a busy night for Jeremy Colangelo at Lakeland, Florida’s USA International Speedway on Saturday night. Colangelo will be racing both his Super Late Model and his Limited Late Model on the same night at the same track. The FASCAR double-header will be a test of both psychical and mental endurance for the young driver.
“It’s going to be a test with 125 laps for the Super Late Models and 100 laps for the Limited Late Models,” said Colangelo. “We have been working with the trainer getting ready for this show. I have been doing cardio two times a day so I am in a lot better shape then I have ever been.”

The Florida heat will also be a factor with expected temps in the 90’s during the day along with a warm night as well.
“I have changed my diet a bit as well,” added Colangelo. “I use to drink soda and sweet tea, but I have cut all of that out and gone strictly with water and Gatorade. I think it’s going to be a blast. Every time we have been to Lakeland this year we have run really well. All of our finishes have been in the top five or the top 10.”
