Jeremy Colangelo Ready for the Home Stretch Across Florida

Four Championships Within the Grasp of the DeLand, Florida Native

After capturing his first win of the season, leading the points race in the Sunbelt Series and currently second in points in three others, Jeremy Colangelo has a lot of momentum going into the numerous races he has ahead of him. Colangelo has had an impressive season so far and is preparing himself physically and working hard with his to crew to try and capture multiple championships.

“As far as preparing myself physically, I am at the gym three to five times a week just because of how motivated I am,” explained Colangelo. “We also do a lot of testing, so that’s always good because I’m never out of the car for too long.”

Colangelo’s preparation and dedication, along with his team’s hard work, are going to play a major role in these next few months for each race. Not only is the team trying to earn more first-place finishes, they are also thinking about the multiple points races they are involved in and the possibility of winning championships in the Sunbelt Series, Goodyear Challenge Series, Bright House Challenge Series and the Triple Crown.

“We’ve really stepped up our game as far as in the shop and it’s showing on the track. We finally got our first win, so I think our next ones will come a lot easier,” said Colangelo. “I think it’s becoming more and more of a reality that we might be able to clinch multiple titles.”

Colangelo will continue his journey to win multiple championships by racing in the Goodyear Challenge Series race at New Smyrna Speedway (FL) on September 13th.
